Is Take-Aw.ai "just" about feedback?
- Not a traditional feedback tool, but a collection of substantive insights
- Event feedback (e.g. tech, catering) is automatically separated and doesn't appear on screen
- Event feedback remains available for detailed analysis by organizers afterwards
No – Take-Aw.ai is not a traditional feedback tool. We collect substantive insights: it's a social moment where everyone thinks aloud together and reflects on what they've heard so far. This way, newly gained knowledge truly sticks. What's interesting is that some participants also share event feedback along the way – for example: "Today I learned that AI can really move our company forward, but I couldn't hear the speaker well because the sound system wasn't set up properly. That wasn't a problem though, because I got a really great coffee at the catering bar afterwards." We ensure that this kind of event feedback – about sound quality or coffee – doesn't appear on your screen, only the shared takeaways. As organizers, you can still have this event feedback analyzed in detail afterwards.
