When do participants speak and how long does it typically take?

We recommend the moment when everyone speaks together. How long the session stays open is up to you – we recommend two minutes of speaking time. This gives participants enough time to truly get into thinking aloud, while keeping the data manageable for processing. Within this time, repeated recording is also possible by scanning the QR code again or reloading the page on their phone. Anyone who wants to cancel or submit their message early can do so intuitively in the participant app.
